LFT was started as a campus initiative by our Founder Mr. Binoy Job, who at the time was teaching journalism in the University of Delhi, with an aim to instil ‘social responsibility’ in the minds of his students through small social action events like visit to slums, documentary screenings etc.

The organisation grew on to conduct events at the college, state and national level encouraging the youth to discover their hidden leadership potential while understanding the major development challenges of the nation.

Leaders For Tomorrow has become a turning point for many young aspiring students, who have achieved laurels in Development Sector, Public Policy, Journalism, Management and Leadership.

Today we are one of the fastest growing youth empowerment movements, bringing about social development by harnessing the talent and energy of the youth.
