1. Where do participants stay during the programme?

Participants share a postgraduate standard furnished apartment at Soldiers Field Park which is adjacent to the Harvard Business School Campus. Each bedroom has its own phone, so participants have their own number with a private voice mail that can be used for the duration of the Programme. Telephone calls within the Boston area are free of charge. Participants are responsible for meeting the costs of all other calls, both within America and internationally.
The apartments, which are on two levels, have a good-sized living room with TV and a small kitchen. Towels and linen are provided and there is a coin-operated launderette nearby. Further information at http://ksgexecprogram.harvard.edu/life/housing.html

2. What is the policy on visitors?

Accommodation in Harvard does not have overnight accommodation for visitors. If participants wish to bring a visitor to Harvard during their stay they must make their own arrangements for accommodation.
The Programme is very intensive and is not confined to normal office hours. There will be evening lectures, study groups, project work and informal group activities taking place in the evenings and at the weekends. Participants are expected to give total commitment to all aspects of the Programme and may want to bear this in mind when considering the timing of any visit. On that basis participants are strongly recommended to schedule any visits after the completion of the Programme.
